Directions for use Vitamin K2

Vitamin K2 (MK-4) is designed to be used during periods when optimal daily health support is required.

1 serving (1 tablet) is to be taken daily with a fat containing meal.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ideally, Vitamin K2 (MK-4) can be stacked alongside Vitamin D3, Multivitamin and Mineral Pro and Liposomal CoQ10.
