OstroVit BCAA 8: 1: 1

OstroVit BCAA 8: 1: 1 is a complex consisting of three essential amino acids with branched side chains in a ratio of 8: 1: 1: – Leucine  – Isoleucine – Valine amino acids with branched side chains – primary material for building muscle tissue.
These three amino acids (BCAAs) that make up 35% of all amino acids in the muscles. They play an important part in the processes of anabolism and recovery inhibit catabolic processes.

Suggested usage

Add 5 g (1.5 scoops) in 100 – 150 ml of water or juice.

On training days, eat one serving a day before or after training, while on non-workout days, eat one portion after waking up.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption and do not eat if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the product. This product is not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It should not be used by children, pregnant women or nursing mothers and keep out of reach of small children.
