Sport Essentials contain a high strength omega 3 providing high levels of the beneficial fatty acids DHA and EPA, a full spectrum multivitamin and a probiotic packed with 20 billion ‘friendly’ live bacteria, all in handy daily tear strips for convenience.

Directions of use

Swallow one multivitamin tablet, one omega 3 capsule and one probiotic capsule daily with water. Can be taken at the same time or as a divided dose. Recommended intake should not be exceeded.
